The circumstance that I experienced with the sale of my land was very incredible, I don't know if you want to share this, but did you know that the day you called me with the first offer (which resulted in the sale) was the day my mother (roommate) got laid off!! It was a literal miracle :)
That being said.... I would like to comment on my experience working with Rob Jordens with Century 21. Ilisted my small acreage with him after many other realtors advised me my land was virtually worthless.
